Talk to doctor: Double mastectomy is covered by insurance as well as reconstruction (make a new breast). I recommend you find a breast surgeon to discuss your reasons for this request. If you do not have cancer or a family history or a BRCA gene, then your request is probably based on wrong facts. Sit with someone to get good info before making this big decision.
