Hi doctors, was just wondering what is best treatment for pinched neck nerve w/pain extending to shoulder blades, etc?

Not pinched nerve: Neck pain (disc or facet joint mediated) will often refer pain to the shoulder blades. Pinched nerve roots in the neck will usually cause pain down the arm. Upper neck levels will cause nerve pain radiation to the shoulder or into the head. Unless you have concerning neurological compromise (ie weakness, myelopathy/spinal cord injury signs), then pt is appropriate first step.
