Remedy: A remedy is a cure, and there are no home cures for decayed teeth. You will need to find a way to see a dentist, at a minimum to have the tooth extracted. See if a local dental school, hospital, or clinic an treat you at a reduced fee.

Sorry, but...: Sorry, but there are no home remedies. Something is wrong and only dental treatment by a dentist will get rid of the problem. Pain medication and anything you apply in your mouth can only offer temporary relief! i agree with the excellent answer already given you by dr. Davantzis. Here's a website to research for a local reduced fee dental clinic: http://freedentalcare.Us/.

Please see dentist: Dr. Davantsis and dr. Sandler have provided excellent responses, intending that you get help for the underlying cause of your toothache. Cavities get worse when untreated, and so do tooth abscesses. Until you can see a dentist (which you do need to do!) the homeopathic remedy hepar sulphuricum 30c has been known to help toothache pain in a non-toxic way. It may or may not work for you, though.
