Consult: Have your oral surgeon consult with your physician regarding your medications. As a team, they can determine what the best course of action would be if it is not possible for you to stop taking the Aspirin for a few days.

Ext with 81mg asa: This usually poses no problem. However, we don't know your entire medical and dental history, nor can we examine you or see x-rays of your teeth. Therefore, this would have to be discussed with the dentist who will extract the tooth and may require a consult with your own physician.
