Hydrocele management: Hydrocele; is a fluid collection around the testicle either from the abdomen or as reaction to injury/trauma to the testicle. The management is variable but depends on size and symptoms. Variable management can range from watchful waiting to inguinal surgical repair (scrotal surgery and aspirations may or may not have similar efficacy).
