Canine: The canine too this also called an. Eye tooth. This is an important tooth in your mouth because of the long strong root. Why do you want it removed? This is a tooth you should maintain.

Canine or Cuspid: Third tooth back from the middle in the upper jaw. Longest rooted tooth in the mouth. Gives contour to the soft tissues overlying the corner of your mouth. Tooth removal should always be the last option, especially for so important a tooth. Please see dentist for explanation and discussion of alternatives.

Hope it doesn't need: The "eye" tooth is the canine, of which, you have four. (upper r/l, lower r/l.) these teeth form the cornerstone of the mouth (upper) and should be one of the last teeth ever considered for extraction.
