Not on their own: The only connection i can imagine would be that a person with an anxiety disorder who develops an abscessed tooth might feel more anxious than usual - especially if they are afraid of dental procedures. No causation relationship makes any sense in either direction otherwise.

Not directly: Not directly, but if you have discomfort from an abscessed tooth you could feel more anxious. Conversely, if you are anxious about dental care and you avoid it, you could be more prone to developing an abscessed tooth from lack of care. One does not cause the other but if they are both present they can compound each other.
