It's probably: It's probably that your jaw size or position of your teeth crowd the available space for your tongue. There are medical conditions that can cause an abnormally large tongue- see: http://www.Nlm.Nih.Gov/medlineplus/ency/article/002250.Htm i suggest you see a dentist for a medical and dental history as well as a clinical exam in order to evaluate and discuss this issue.
