Yes: Snorting of Cocaine has been reported to cause endocarditits and other distant infections from the nasal area. The Cocaine constricts the blood vessels in the nasal passages and can cause open ulcers that allow bacteria into the blood stream. Once bacteria are in the blood stream then they can travel to any organ in the body.(including the reproductive organs).
