Yes with care.: Dicyclomine can slow bowel function down and so can hydrocodone and thus the combined effect of the two medications when used together can be constipation. Thus and if both are in use, i would be careful and watch out for slowed bowel function that can lead to constipation. Alert health care professional accordingly should change of bowel habits begin to occur if the above medications are in use.
