Yes with care.: Dicyclomine can slow bowel function down and so can hydrocodone and thus the combined effect of the two medications when used together can be constipation. Thus and if both are in use, i would be careful and watch out for slowed bowel function that can lead to constipation. Alert health care professional accordingly should change of bowel habits begin to occur if the above medications are in use.

Drug interaction: Checker (Drugs.Com) indicates that mixing hydocodone & dicyclomine " can increase the effects of either medication. This can commonly cause dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, dry mouth, abdominal cramping, and constipation. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment."
