Under close supervis: both of these drugs are mind altering. I assume that u r taking the antipsychotic on an on-going basis. Hydrocodone is a pain medication that normally is taken for a short term. if your pain is chronic then you should be under the care of a pain specialist so the he/she can closely monitor and perhaps treat your pain with some other modality other than narcotics.
