None available OTC: Currently there isn't any medicine specifically for crohn's disease is available otc. Tylenol (acetaminophen) etc..Can be used for mild pain etc..But nothing to treat the disease itself. You must see a doc, often gastroenterologist, to get these types of medications. It is difficult illness to treat, but can be controlled if relatively mild etc... Best of luck to you.
