Crohn's: This condition can show up on blood testing and on colonoscopy, endoscopy, or small bowel capsule endoscopy. By the time you are having symptoms it is usually not hard to find if you look for it. The diagnosis can be difficult in a small number of people so you have to work with your doctor in that case and sometimes try treatments to see if you improve assuming inflammatory bowel disease.
