Nonspecific: I actually had to look this up because I had never heard of it before--and I've been in medicine over 30 yrs now. The symptoms are very non-specific and can be attributed to many causes. In my mind, that means it is a term that we assign to describe a set of symptoms, rather than do anything about them. If you have a true blockage, it can be fixed, though.
