Can you tell me more about chalazion removal tomorrow (questions)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chalazion removal: Usually performed under local anesthesia. After injection, a clamp placed on the lid, to allow the lid to be everted, the incision is made on the underside of the lid to drain or remove the chalazion. A patch is placed on afterwards for a few hours. Some doc prescribe pain meds for after the numbing meds wear off.
