Lead intoxication: High lead levels usually present with symptoms of anemia, and progress according to the degree of lead in the system. Symptoms of lead toxicity include vomiting, abdominal pain, lethargy, poor appetite, weight loss, developmental delay, irritability, behavioral and learning disorders, organ damage (liver, kidney, brain), hearing loss, and death.
