Cobblestone: Probably refers to changes that are often seen in the peripheral part of the retinas. As we age, there are pigment changes that are seen in the lining of the back of our eyes (retinas). This part of your retina is not used much for vision. Cobblestone changes are one of the types of peripheral retinal changes that are common with aging.
