Brain Aneurysms: Brain aneurysms are present at birth. They may enlarge or rupture later in life. Most go unoticed without symptoms thoughout ones entire life. If one is discovered as the resluts of a ct scan or MRI what to do about it depends on the size and location. Large unruptured aneurysms can press on craniel nerves and produce double vision. Ask your neurologist.
