Not enough space to: There are numerous reasons for nodules. The most concerning would be cancer. Your age alone makes cancer less likely unless you are having many other symptoms (weight loss, night sweats, etc). If they are calcified nodules, the risk for cancer is very low. If they are not calcified, then you should see a lung specialist to see if you need biopsies or not.
