A member asked:

Can you tell me about foot spasms/cramps in the tops of their feet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A cramp is : Possible at the bottom of the foot. I dont realy think a cramp is even possible on the top of the foot. A spasm is possible. Cramping of the foot is more common in the arch. Cramps can occur with electrolyte imblance, overworked muscles/tendons, dehydration...
