Increase potassium: Try eating a banana or drink some orange juice daily for two weeks. If you are not better take a calcium supplement with vitamin d. It can also be structural and you may need to consult your podiatrist.

Not so simple : While low potassium can cause cramping, you should see a doctor first. Other causes can include poor circulation, nerve entrapment, diabetes, and crps. Proper testing should be performed.
