Depends what you: Mean by erosion of c5. If you mean degenerative disc disease, then it can help with pain control and get you moving again possibly. However, acupuncture, and most modalities, will not regenerate any tissue in your neck, but strengthening surrounding structures will help support the area. If you mean the nerve, again, it will help the pain, but not cause regrowth. I hope this helps.
