All of them !: The real question is what slows down healing. Avoid applying alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover with a clean dressing changed every other day/protect from trauma. Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected. Good nutrition is key !

However, this should be the right kind of calories. Protein is best. A normal diet should consist of equal amounts of protein, carbs and fat. For best wound healing, the increase should be in protein. Add zinc ; vitamin c.
