I have bad constipation and i am worried about it and i had a idea should i fix my diet and exercise and see if in 2 weeks if there is a improvement if not see doc also how should i go about fixing diet/drinking and any particular foods/drinks to use?

you are on the right track. Exercise, eat some roughage in your diet and drink moderate amount of water and some Psyllium. Once you are regular in a few weeks you can gradually discontinue psyllium. If that does not work in a2-3 weeks pl see your MD. Good luck.
