Hair growth: As long as you are not nutritionally deficient, you don't need supplemental vitamins to make your hair grow. If you are having a specific problem with hair growth see your dermatologist for proper evaluation. A good multivitamin such as centrum would be worthwhile for your overall health.

Healthy hair: For healthy hair growth: Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts) & vitamin E (fruits & vegetables). Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos). Avoid excessive blow dry heat.
