A member asked:

What's the window period to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrehea? is 10 days long enough to give me an accurate result? no symptoms.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer : The usual incubation period for gc is 1-2 weeks and more poorly defined and likely a little longer for chlamydia. That said, testing for either one at 10 days post-exposure will detect the vast majority of infections and then just observing for delayed onset of symptoms thereafter if initial tests negative.
