If you mean: 5 ft 2 inches, and 60 pounds then you are emaciated, but i assume you are using the metric kilogram and if so you may want to consider losing 10-15 pounds for a healthy bmi, but you certainly don't need to worry that much.

If you are 60 Kg: That equals 132 pounds. Up to about 121 pounds is normal -or 54.9 kg. Now if that was supposed to be 160 pounds then you are significantly overweight. If it was supposed to be 600 pounds you are morbidly obese. If you are 600 kg - then you are in big trouble. If none of these guesses are correct - then please re-ask and provide us with more complete information. (otherwise we are just guessing).
