Keep seeing Dr.: Be diligent, and keep seeing your dr. For follow-up visits. Possibly you have a virus that is causing your blisters and symptoms, which would not improve with antibiotic tx, etc. So, as stated, keep getting examined until the diagnosis is reached, so the best treatment can occur.
