Needs: Incision and drainage. Antibiotics, and warm compresses can only contain an abscess. Drainage either spontaneous or surgical is curative. Good urgent care center should be able to perform this for you.

See a doctor: You need to see a physician who can examine you. You may need him/her to lance the boil so that you can heal. The Amoxicillin may not be able to do this on its own. Best wishes.
