Not everyone does: But, if you do - that's good. It can release pent up pressure and the change in breathing can clear out old air, improving your oxygen levels. In any case, if it works, do it. If it is needed too often tho you might want a good supportive therapist to work through some of the issues and improve your life skills. It can be a good investment for your future. Best!
