1st Feel better, ok?: It may take some time to figure out reasons, and that might help, but it is not necessarily the first order of business. You need to find some support and relief. Talk to a therapist, a doctor, a counselor or clergy. After you are less upset, it will be easier to decide if there is a need for meds. You don't need to feel so bad. Good luck.
