Requires surgery: No effective non-invasive prcedure to correct a hydrocele. No medication effective. Needle aspiration is only temporary, hydrocele would refur ; risk of infection. Scrotal/hydrocele surgery is reatively minor, hydrocele lies immeditely deep to scrotal skin which is incised. Hydrocele sac then incised ; drained ; then turned inside out ; sutured together behid testis. So called 'bottle ioperation'.

Yes, but...: Although "non-invasive" ways to "disappear" hydrocele are available, but usually lengthy, not reliable, and even painful, surgery with a properly-done hydrocelectomy is the choice of care. So, ask doc timely. Remember: nothing is free, but comes with a price.
