Menstrual cycles: It may be common to have irregular bleeding if you are not having menstrual cycle if you have polycystic ovary syndrome. The brown discharge relates to irregular shedding of the endometrial lining. I would see your doctor to find out if you are pregnant or if your cycle remains irregular.
