See your GYN ASAP!: The brown discharge is old blood mixed with mucus. Its concerning that you missed your period and now are having some bleeding and terrible pain. You really need to be seen by a Gyn physician. These can be signs of a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or infection (among other things) and warrant evaluation in person ASAP. Best wishes!
