About 4 weeks ago i took a heavy knock to the left testicle and it still gives out a slight ache that comes and goes what could it be or any treatment?

? Testicle rupture: Symptoms should have settled down by now. However, you may have a small epididymal cyst (spermatocele). This would feel like a small tender lump at top of testis. Could be previously unrecognized varicocele (feels like a bag of worms, on left, when standing erect). Very slight chance of rupture. Check with your gp. Scrotal ultrasound, if necessary, would always provide the answer.
