Varicocele treatment: In almost every case these fluid filled cysts resolve themselves and the most common recommendation is to take some aleve (naproxen) or advil and to wait. In very rare cases there is a surgery to cut out or drain the painful cysts, but this leads often times to more scarring and more potential pain.
