Why does my stomach feel like its been fill with air an i look pregnant ? i use windezz/gas-x but that only settles it for a bit?

May be: A number of things beginning with the foods that you eat, alcohol you consume and if you smoke or have asthma, air-swallowing is common. All of these can be a source of excess gas in your diet. I assume you are not pregnant, and this distension doesn't cause any pain, nausea or vomiting.
