Hot bath OK: Fever is how our bodies fight infection- our immune systems work better when we have a fever and microbes don't survive as well. A cool bath might lower your temp. ; thus prolong the infection; a hot bath might actually raise your temp. A bit which might help you fight the infection; this is a homeopathic-style approach.
