CSR: Your retinal specialist has probably ruled out a perimacular retinal hole. Sometimes tincture of time is best treatment, however, your retinal surgeon would be best one to consult.

Many causes: Central serous chorioretinopathy certainly is a common cause of fluid under the retina, but there are others, most are more serious. Make sure you get your retina specialist evaluation, to ensure that it is nothing more serious that needs treatment, such as choroidal neovascularization.
