Is it better to floss your teeth first, then brush? or the other way around?

Neutral: It does not really matter if you brush or floss first. The important thing is to both brush and floss.

Personal preference: Every dentist or hygienist has their own personal preference as to what is better to do first...Floss or brush. My philosophy is that it is better to brush first. If you floss first, you may force some food particles into the gums or deeper into the spaces between the teeth. These food particles might have been dislodged and removed first by brushing.
