A 50-year-old male asked:

What is the best way to flush/clean salt and other built-up toxins from my kidney?

Dr. Nestor Del rosario
Addiction Medicine 36 years experience
Good habit only: Unless needed, we don't give anything to flush salts or toxins. The body has a way of maintaining homeostasis unless you overwhelm it with toxins. We treat overdoses with antidotes but as long as you eat right and treat your body right, there is no need for unnecessary things.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
