Look at your sheets: Often times the condition of your sheets and blankets will give you a hint. There are now devices available to the public that can monitor your movements at night - some interface with smartphones/etc. And can give you a report of how restless you were. For severe problems, you may want to consider a sleep study by a physician specializing in sleep medicine to more thoroughly assess this.
