Possible infection: Your thyroid appears to be functioning appropriately from the values you have given. It sounds like you may have a hidden infection or an autoimmune process where the body damages itself. You should see your md. When you go give your md a time line for your symptoms, time of day they are worst and any other out of the ordinary things you notice about yourself. This will help your md find the answer.
