No: The interaction between grapefruit and Atorvastatin is minor to begin with. Topical extract will have minimal, if any systemic absorption to have a significant interaction with other medications.

Doubtful effect: Grapefruit juice interacts with some statins like Lipitor (atorvastatin) and zocor but it requires substantial amounts(a few ounces) to have a significant effect of increasing the activity of the statin in your body. Crestor has a different enzyme system and does not interact with grapefruit juice.
