Could be many things: A vague symptom can be pretty much anything. One's primary care doctor can check to see if there is a medical disorder. Things in the "right lower quadrant" include abdominal muscle, some large intestines, the appendix, etc... The doctor can check for hernias, big lymph nodes, big tumors, etc..., on his exam.
