A member asked:

My upper back for the last year or so constantly goes numb. i also get a burning tingling pain sensation. if i move suddenly i get a sharp pain there?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get more detail: Unusual at your age. Constantly "goes" numb (meaning recurrent) or constantly "is" numb (does not resolve)? Big difference. Have someone help you to test where you are numb and then try to draw a circle around the numb area. Repeat over a few days to see if the area is constant or changes. Do same for tingling. Try to be precise about where the pain is. Then take information to your doctor.
