See details: No one can give you specific advice without being able to examine the area. It could be the beginnings of a cold sore secondary to a herpes infection. Have a doctor take a look or try one of the over-the-counter treatments.

Try hydrocortisone: You may try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream for 3 days. If this doesn't help, you should see your dermatologist to get the proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have a dry patch on my lower lip and it feels numb when I touch it. I apply chapstick regularly and it isnt going away or getting better. Could this be skin/lip cancer?
If I kept my lips dry n don't apply chapstick..by doing that I think there won't b excess oil... Will fordyce spots fade away??
