Postural: In getting up too quickly or standing fast after bending, the blood pressure may drop too low for a few seconds causing lightheadedness and occasionally fainting. These symptoms fade as the normal circulation to the brain returns. If you feel severe lightheadedness, lie down to alleviate the problem.
