A member asked:

When i stand up fast i feel like i'm going to pass out is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Postural: In getting up too quickly or standing fast after bending, the blood pressure may drop too low for a few seconds causing lightheadedness and occasionally fainting. These symptoms fade as the normal circulation to the brain returns. If you feel severe lightheadedness, lie down to alleviate the problem.
