Arrythmia: That sounds pretty alarming. See your doctor asap. You likely need to get an ekg and/or holter monitor (portable heart monitor) to determine if you have a serious arrythmia (irregular heart rhythm).

Tachycardia : Normal heart rate is from 60-100 beats per minute. Tachycardia, or heart rate >100, may have different causes. Heart rate can go up during exercise, febrile conditions, or even when a person is anxious. It may also be due to thyroid disorders, and heart conditions which can cause irregular heart rhythm. Feeling faint is concerning. I strongly encourage you to see your pcp to have work-up done.
