Potentially: An adequate intake of calcium (about 1200 mg as 600 mg 2x/day with measl using calcium citrate as it absorbs better and does not increase the risk of stones and other unwanted calcifications) and vit d (ususally ~ 5000 iu per day is recommended go to vitamincouncil.Org for more info)i very important exercise is also important a vit d level would be wise and you should discuss this with your doc.
